A panel discussion about “Sustainable Synergy: Elevating Customer Experience Beyond Greenwashing” moderated by Karin Zimmermann while sharing experiences and examples on the sustainability topic.

Goutam Challagalla, Professor of Strategy and Marketing

Goutam  focuses on how digital advances and sustainability concerns are impacting companies’ business strategies and approaches to marketing. Having helped companies to rethink their business models and build new capabilities in the face of the digital revolution, he is now helping to integrate sustainability-related challenges and opportunities into their strategy.

Hassan Kadbi - CEO at Hapimag

 

Since 2016, Hassan Kadbi has served as CEO of Hapimag, taking on a shared leadership role as co-CEO from 2023. In addition, he has held a position on the Board of Directors since 2020. Joining Hapimag in 2005, he initially served as a Resort Manager in Bodrum. His journey within the company saw him taking on roles such as Area Manager for Greece, Morocco, and Turkey, and later assuming the role of Chief Resorts Officer, overseeing operational management. Before his tenure at Hapimag, Kadbi gained experience at Hilton in various positions globally. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in International Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Bournemouth (GB) and a Higher Diploma in Hotel Management from the IHTTI School of Hotel Management in Neuchâtel (CH). Continuing his education, he graduated from the Executive Program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2019 and completed Board Management studies at IMD in Lausanne in 2023.

Carla Maldonado - Global Head of Market Insights at The Adecco Group

Carla Maldonado is the Head of Market Insights for the Global Business Unit at The Adecco Group. Her role in the Group Strategy Team, entails transforming data into actionable strategies. Her expertise in market insights provides valuable perspectives on how The Adecco Group can integrate sustainability into their strategic approaches more effectively. Carla has held former roles in economic development organizations, educational institutions, consultancy and in a leading manufacturing company, where she supported the strategy transition from traditional power plants to renewable energy sources. With a background in Business Management, International Affairs, Leadership, Political Economy and Business Analytics, Carla possesses an understanding of the intersection of economic, social and technological trends with environmental and social implications.
