Job Description: SAP AI Core / AI Agent Developer

Experience: 4 to 7  years (flexible based on skills)

 

Job Overview

We are looking for a developer with a primary focus on SAP AI Core, AI agent development, and generative AI solutions. Experience in SAP ABAP or SAP UI5/Fiori is an added advantage for building and integrating intelligent enterprise applications.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy AI-powered applications and agents using SAP AI Core and SAP BTP.
  • Design AI agents using LLMs, tool calling, APIs, and enterprise system integrations.
  • Build generative AI solutions for business process automation and intelligent workflows.
  • Integrate AI agents with SAP and non-SAP systems using APIs and services.
  • Develop and maintain supporting applications using SAP ABAP or SAP UI5/Fiori, where required.
  • Test, debug, monitor, and optimize AI solutions for reliability and performance.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM application development and agent-based architectures.
  • Knowledge of SAP AI Core and SAP BTP AI capabilities.
  • Experience with Python or JavaScript and REST APIs.
  • Understanding of LLM integration, prompt engineering, and tool/function calling.
  • Knowledge of application integration, debugging, and software development practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SAP Joule and SAP Joule Studio.
  • Familiarity with SAP Generative AI Hub and AI Core deployment workflows.
  • Experience with SAP ABAP, CDS Views, OData services, or SAP UI5/Fiori.
  • Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, and enterprise AI security.
  •

A developer passionate about AI agents and enterprise AI solutions, capable of integrating AI capabilities with SAP business processes and enterprise applications.

Note: AI Core and AI agent development are the primary focus. SAP ABAP and UI5/Fiori experience is an additional advantage.
