I Am Merkle is our interview series led by Merkle’s DEI team to showcase the individuals who make Merkle a diverse and unique place to work. This month, we feature the Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP), a partnership between Merkle and Cristo Rey High School in Chicago where we speak with Cristo Rey student and Merkle intern Anthony Hernandez, and Merkle's Lead QA and intern supervisor Greg Battin.

In early May, Merkle’s Technology Strategy team presented to students from Cristo Rey High School on consulting and marketing, and in return learned some valuable lessons.

Merkle and Howard University School of Business joined forces to host the first Business Case Competition. This challenged the brightest young business minds at Howard to tackle real-time scenarios facing businesses today.

This month, the Merkle Americas DEI Team is putting a spotlight on the leads of the Enablement Group, particularly those from the Mental Health & Wellness Affinity Groups for Stress Awareness Month. April is Stress Awareness Month and they will be launching Q2's new Motivation Monday's Series focusing on Emotional Intelligence and are in the midst of planning for May's Mental Health Awareness Month.

To celebrate International Women's Day and Women’s History Month, Merkle is proud to feature two inspiring women who are making their mark in the marketing industry. Nancy Fessatidis and Hiba Qamar are both trailblazers in their respective fields, and their experiences and insights are sure to motivate and empower others.
