Merkle Named Email Agency Leader in The Relevancy Group’s 2016 Email Agency Buyer’s Guide

The Relevancy Ring evaluated the offerings of seven email marketing agencies, each of which has the ability to work with a variety of email service providers (ESP) and serves mid-market and enterprise clients. The study evaluated each company’s email solution by challenging them to develop a communications and marketing plan for a fictional client. The evaluation research also included client references, a questionnaire completed by the agencies, and anonymous customer satisfaction data.
The study placed Merkle into the Leaders Ring for the second consecutive year, with the highest quality of agency presentation and service expertise, as well as highest client satisfaction and platform experience. In detailing the agency’s results, the Buyer’s Guide states, “We were impressed by their attention to detail when it came to analytics, data modeling, and attribution… The agency should be in the consideration set for any enterprise marketer, particularly those with international needs that seek deep industry expertise that can transcend email.”
Furthermore, Merkle tied with one other agency for the highest customer satisfaction scores. The Relevancy Group writes, “Clients adore Merkle. When it comes to customer satisfaction, Merkle outperformed most of their peers in the majority of categories.
