dentsu China has appointed Leon Liu as Chief Client Officer for its Customer Experience Management Line of Business (CXM LoB). Leon will take on the dual role of Chief Client Officer for the CXM LoB, in addition to his current role of Managing Director for Merkle B2B (Merkle|DWA) China. The appointment is effective immediately, and Leon will report to Ken Hong, CEO of dentsu China CXM Line of Business and Kiaran Geen, President of Merkle B2B APAC.
Leon Liu has more than 17 years of experience working in marketing and media, most recently serving as Managing Director leading the successful Merkle B2B media business which has seen rapid growth in the China market. Having served many of the world’s top B2B clients, Leon has also worked on both client & agency sides in both China and across APAC, his knowledge and experience in client service will be extremely valuable for dentsu China CXM and Merkle China to provide more strategic end-to-end solutions and new data-driven and tech-enabled offerings to marketers across different industries.
