EmblemHealth Selects Merkle for Direct Agency of Record

Merkle (www.merkle.com), a leading customer relationship marketing (CRM) firm and the nation’s largest privately held agency, today announced it has been selected by EmblemHealth, the largest New York-based health insurer, to be its direct agency of record. Merkle will be in charge of driving member retention and new member acquisition for all of EmblemHealth’s Medicare, Individual and B-to-B markets.
