IMPAQT, a Merkle company, was named to Pittsburgh Post -Gazette’s second annual Top Workplaces in Pittsburgh. IMPAQT, a search engine marketing agency, works with an array of recognizable Fortune 500 brands across the industry spectrum. The Post-Gazette partnered with Workplace Dynamics, an employee survey firm, to determine the Pittsburgh region’s top workplaces. Over 32,000 employees across 149 organizations received the survey in which only 85 companies were named to the top list. The survey, which included 22 questions, focused on: direction, execution, career, conditions, managers, pay and benefits, and engagement.
Of the 85 organizations selected to the Top Workplaces list, all are divided into three separate categories: small companies (50-149 employees), mid-size companies (150-499 employees) and large companies (500+ employees). For a second year, IMPAQT was included on the small companies listing of the Top Workplaces in Pittsburgh. In the survey, when respondents are asked why they love their job, one anonymous IMPAQT employee responded, “I feel that the work I do matters and is appreciated by others.” It is the dedicated and passionate employees that truly make IMPAQT an exceptional work environment.
