IMPAQT Named One of the Top Places to Work in Pittsburgh

IMPAQT, a Search Engine Marketing Agency, was named one of the best places to work in the Pittsburgh region by a survey conducted through the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and Workplace Dynamics.

The Top Places to Work survey polled more than 27,400 employees at 155 companies and named 85 of those companies as a Top Place to Work in the Pittsburgh Region. IMPAQT was ranked 15th within the small-sized companies (50-149 employees in the region).

The survey scored against six different categories: direction, conditions, career, pay and benefits, execution, and managers. Of those six categories, IMPAQT was recognized as having strengths in three – Direction, Execution, and Pay and Benefits. This means that overall, IMPAQT employees feel that new ideas are encouraged, the company operates by strong values and ethics, and benefit packages are good compared with others in the industry.

In the survey, many employees called out the great people who work at IMPAQT and the atmosphere that its senior management creates. One employee said, "I get to work with the most motivated, passionate, and knowledgeable people in the industry on a daily basis. This, and a terrific work environment, really makes me excited for each day at the office."

When asked what they liked best about IMPAQT, another employee stated, "The family atmosphere. No matter what, this place will always be one that cares about its people and puts them ahead of other less important things."
