Job Description:

•Ability to partner with managers/leaders in resolving employee issues in an effective/timely manner.  

•Ability to recommend appropriate corrective actions and/or performance improvement steps.  

•Innovation, creativity, and ability in managing and completing projects. 

•Communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.  

•Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment and culture. Aligning with apparel and merch to make sure product matches the plan

Qualifications:

The primary measure of success is the creation of innovative and engaging experiences for our client’s users, generating value for the user and client business. 

 •Creation of world-class, enterprise design solutions that meet business and brand objectives, user needs, and design principles while respecting time, budget, and technical considerations. 

•Contribution to the elevation and growth of Filter’s relationship and business with existing clients and supporting new client acquisition. 

•Effective creative leadership and development of more junior team members assigned to your projects and accounts.  

•Accuracy of planning, prioritizing, and estimating your design work and ability to deliver while meeting or exceeding expectations and commitments. 

•Contribution to Filter’s creative and organizational cultures and to the growth, learning, and professional development of your teammates. 

•Achievement of targeted delivery metrics and standards, including utilization, work quality, and productivity.
