岗位职责 (Key Responsibilities)

  • 策略性投放统筹: 负责主流媒体平台(如抖音/巨量引擎、腾讯广告、小红书、百度等)的全链路效果广告策略。不仅限于账户操作,需负责整体预算分配逻辑、跨平台协同策略,确保达成品牌业务目标。

  • 深度洞察:运用 DataStudio, Excel (Power Query/Pivot) 或 BI 工具将数据转化为商业洞察,主导周/月/季报及结案报告,向客户提供“为何发生”及“下一步行动”的战略建议。

  • 内容创意: 基于投放闭环数据主导素材策略。为创意团队提供具指导意义的 Brief(需求简报),建立素材“测试-迭代”框架,提升点击与转化效能。

  • 客户管理与咨询: 作为核心策略对接人,主导周度/月度汇报及年度/季度策略规划。通过竞品监测与行业趋势分析,提供具前瞻性的媒介投资建议与资源配比方案。

  • 团队指导与流程优化: 监督并指导初级分析师或实习生,负责账户操作的质量把控(QA)。优化内部工作流,提升团队整体人效,完成直线经理指派的其他管理任务。

任职要求 (Requirements)

  • 行业背景: 4年及以上效果广告投放经验;有管理大额预算的成功案例。

  • 硬核能力:极强的逻辑思维与“咨询顾问”心态,能从碎片数据中提炼清晰的策略叙事。数据分析处理能力(自动化报表)及 PPT 汇报能力。

  • 语言能力: 英语六级(CET-6)及以上

  • 教育背景: 本科及以上学历
