Merkle, a leading technology-enabled, data-driven customer experience management (CXM) company and part of dentsu, has appointed Ellie Ratcliff to the position of Adobe Alliance Manager for Merkle Northern Europe and dentsu’s CXM Service Line.
In this new role, Ratcliff will develop an integrated business strategy with Adobe in Northern Europe, to help clients realise value from their technology investments. It brings vital expertise and a deeper focus on Merkle’s growing partnership with Adobe in the region, helping clients drive further automation and multi-channel connectivity throughout the customer journey.

Ratcliff moves to Merkle from her previous role in Professional Services Sales at Adobe, where she supported customers across the Nordics with digital transformation services using Adobe technology. During this time, she was invited to Adobe’s Platinum Club and awarded the Sales Achievement Award for 2020.
Prior to this, she held roles in client engagement at digital agency, Vertic and in Communications for the World Health Organization.
