Merkle Response Management Group (Merkle RMG), a subsidiary of Merkle, a leading technology-enabled, data-driven performance marketing agency, has announced the expansion of its relationship with Project HOPE to include donation processing and, most recently, Merkle RMG’s Aeon Sustainer Processing and Management solution. Merkle RMG has partnered with the nonprofit since 2014, beginning with contact center services.
Project HOPE is a global health organization working to solve health crises around the world. The nonprofit engaged with Merkle RMG to help improve donor care and retention. By first utilizing Merkle RMG’s inbound call center services, followed by the addition of donation processing services in 2016, Project HOPE has enhanced its donor relationships by making Merkle RMG a vital part of its team. Overall retention increased by 7.2 percent from 2014 to 2016 and annual value per donor grew by 14 percent within the same period.

With Aeon, Project HOPE has greater visibility and reporting options, can enable multi-channel sign ups, and has improved payment processing and update capabilities. In the near future, the engagement will be expanded to include acknowledgement fulfillment, to ensure donors are thanked in a more timely and personalized manner.
