Merkle to Host Customer Journey Webinar

May 19, 2016
Columbia, MD

Merkle (merkleinc.com), a leading technology-enabled, data-driven performance marketing agency, announced that it will host a webinar titled Building Buyer Journey Maps That Work. The event will take place Thursday, June 2, at 2:00 p.m. ET and will feature speakers Ed Abrams, vice president, Marketing, Samsung Electronics America, Inc. Marketers are enamored with the customer journey, which is especially true and challenging in the B-to-B environment. As marketing continue to embrace the idea of creating personalized digital experiences, the need to better understand the buyer decision process is becoming more critical. Samsung experienced this journey first-hand, and the results were eye-opening. This webinar will showcase how Samsung designed its B-to-B journey around the motivations of its buyers, using a data- and insights-driven approach to create an informed and actionable journey map.

During the webinar, attendees will learn:

  • The importance of motivational insights and how to apply them to an actionable solution

  • How to define current state, gaps and priorities in your customer journey today

  • How to align your organization with best practices to meet your customers’ needs and to identify the obstacles to success

Merkle will also be sponsoring and speaking at the 2016 SiriusDecisions Summit | The Art & Science of Intelligent Growth, taking place May 24-27 in Nashville, TN.
