Our Swedish Business team is now looking for a senior Client Service Director to join our journey and to help us grow.

Job Description:

We are a global agency, so your role will have a broad, diverse set of responsibilities within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Client Service Director, you have a responsibility to grow existing clients as well as bring in new ones. You will be focusing on client needs and growth, KPIs, and identifying new business opportunities by presenting relevant Merkle offerings. You will also be responsible of the commercial client aspects, including contracts, pricing, profitability, internal revenues, and forecasting.

Qualifications:
  • You have at least 3 - 5 years of experience in similar positions.
  • You have a solid experience and understanding of CXM offerings.
  • You have experience in managing large digital and technically complex projects and in agile development.
  • You have an interest in and good insight into technology, business and not least people.
  • You are client-focused and have the ability to interpret and understand client needs.
  • You have experience of leading end-to-end presales /RFP responses/ pitch processes.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating proactivity to manage day to day challenges.
  • You find it exciting to lead a customer team, you manage to bring out the best in others, know when to delegate responsibility and when to take charge yourself.
