The challenge

We were asked to create a website that presents the new Ulysse Nardin Diver Watch to the world through showcasing the brand’s partnership with the famous professional diver Fred Buyle. We knew that most Diver Watch’s lovers  don’t actually dive, but all of those who wear them have a common admiration for the spirit of endless exploration.

Our approach

Diving into the website

Our strategy was to lead visitors into an adventure of the depths - the very essence of the Ulysse Nardin brand - to discover the new Diver Watch’s features. We achieved this realism through “First Person View” exploration.

Experiencing dive with Virtual Reality

We developed a VR version of the mobile website to propose a more immersive experience. A real-time full 3D environment was created to showcase the watch and its features, able to run on any device, with UX/UI centered on exploration.

Crafting Experience

The underwater universe was beautified with 3D animated animals, turtles, sharks, a school of fish, all accompanying the visitor‘s discovery. We added a VR option on the mobile version to live the exploration with a VR cardboard.
