The challenge

With more than 2500 employees, Messe Frankfurt is one of the world’s leading trade fairs and active in 188 countries.

Messe Frankfurt seeks to give its customers and partners an optimal range of digital information and services. This also includes planning the relaunch of their website and exhibitor search engine.

As a full-service digital agency, we offer them support in terms of strategy and consultation, conception, user experience and design. We also technically implement the project.

One of the challenges this poses is being able offer different microsites for the various trade fairs, while at the same time providing a uniform, customer value-oriented brand experience for Messe Frankfurt.

A complete experience for the user has been created across the different microsites of various trade fairs.

Flexibly and modularly adapted design.

The design has been flexibly and modularly adapted to various content, thus creating a user-focused and emotional information style. Fast-track elements, for instance for the fast registration of exhibitors and the sale of tickets, lead the users to their destination in just two clicks.

A new Social-Wall.

A new social wall provides visitors with the latest news from social media on Messe Frankfurt and its events. Shifting to the latest version of the Adobe Experience Manager does away with parallel-running solutions, thereby increasing the operating efficiency.
