· Work from Dallas office 1-2 times a week for 4 hrs approx., based on work, if something is there.
· Arrange for Replenishment of stationery/ beverage material
· Help collect laptops / docs from outgoing employees.
· Help co ordinate for delivering laptops / docs to new joinees with help of courier agencies.
· Open office for on housekeeping appt days and update concerned teams for couriers if any
· Coordinate with Mumbai IT team for any IT support required by US employees.
· Co ordinate with Mumbai Admin team for assignments given form time to time.
