If you want to change that (so you are hitting all the right marks) - come work with us! We’re looking for a person who have worked in the field for some time, either directly with personalization tools, data activation, or customer experience management.
We’re searching for a Personalisation Consultant to help us design and implement customer journeys and orchestrate insights for our clients. Your day-to-day work consists of managing personalized experiences, implementing growth hacking initiatives and building cross-channel audiences with customer data platforms.
Working with us means working with:
- Creating personalized communication and audiences through industry-leading platforms such as Adobe Target, Dynamic Yield, and Adobe Experience Platform
- Diving into what makes a customer convert and building meaningful interactions across the web for them
- Gather and orchestrate customer insights to help build a relevant and effective sales & dialogue strategies for clients
As a candidate you probably have experience within the personalisation field using experience platforms or mobilizing customer data. We’ll provide best-in-class specialist to work with. You’ll probably be working with a team of CXM, Design, and Copywriting specialists to create relevant and converting experiences for our clients.
Having worked with personalisation tools before is ideal. Having a background in user experience design and a strong opinion about how digital interactions and dialogue can be improved is a plus too.
We’re looking for a consultant that has a story to tell and is great at telling it. Someone who understands that data and insights are at the core of a great user experience. If you have technical knowledge, either through how websites work or through a great understanding of intent and audience building we’ll provide the tools and team to facilitate your next user experiences.
