You are responsible for the technical design of our customer projects - you are either SPOC for architectural questions or, depending on the effort, you look after 1-3 customers at the same time
You advise customers, support the project acquisition in pitches and support the cross-functional team from creation, frontend, backend etc. with advice and action
You lead the project members in the technical area and guide them through the entire process until the project is completed
You clarify the requirements and framework conditions for the structuring of software systems as well as for the development and coordination of overarching technical concepts
You document and communicate architecture decisions and check compliance with them during implementation
You have proven experience in the implementation of complex digital business services, greenfield digital landscape buildup and software platforms (on top-modern tech stack: eCommerce, self-service, CRM, CMS, digital marketing), combined with a good understanding of business processes.
You have proven experience of on building a fast-paced MVP, then continuous system scaling and international rollouts in an agile environment with an innovation mindset and much freedom to shape the landscape / solutions
You have a strong communication skills and you enjoy presenting the ideas developed in the team in front of customers with a customer-centric mindset and an understanding of customer journey
You are an expert * in the field of software architecture (architecture concepts, patterns, frameworks)
Integrations with leading ERP & CRM systems don't give you any headaches
You have extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future, healthcare industry is a plus.
You look forward to traveling to the Merkle locations as well as to your customers, in order to support you with workshops on site if necessary
You are fluent in English, and knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
