The purpose of this role is to provide consulting services for our executive clients that supports integrated experience delivery strategies across sales, service, marketing and commerce. This role will also provide consulting services on organisational operating model and organisational design.

About the Role  

  • We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM Campaign Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact CRM campaigns for our retainer partnership with a big FMCG client in Vietnam. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering personalized, omnichannel journeys across Zalo, SFMC, telesales, and email touchpoints.  

  • You will work closely with brand stakeholders, strategy leads, SFMC developers, and analytics teams to manage numerous campaigns per quarter, while also contributing to the continuous evolution of this client’s CRM program. 

Key Responsibilities  

1. Campaign Management & Execution 

  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Coordinate across Zalo, EDM, telesales, and eGift journey activations  

  • Manage campaign calendars and monitor milestone adherence  

  • Ensure quality control, testing, and on-time delivery of campaigns  

2. Journey Optimization  

  • Audit and enhance customer journeys based on RFM, behavioral segments, and medical profile  

  • Collaborate with the strategy team to map new journeys or revise retention flows  

  • Propose and pilot personalization tactics based on data insights  

3. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Collaboration  

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client’s brand, sales, and tech/data teams, building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships  

  • Translate marketing briefs into executable CRM activities  

  • Represent campaign status, blockers, and wins in bi-weekly reviews  

4. Performance Reporting  

  • Track KPIs, open rates, CTRs, conversions across all journeys  

  • Support BI and insights teams in compiling reports for optimization  

  • Contribute to quarterly RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and strategy enhancements  

5. Strategy planning  

  • Overview client’s business to propose strategic planning to impact to business results  

  • Monitor action plan to meet objectives of the strategic plan. 

Qualifications Required 

  • 5–7 years experience in CRM, digital marketing, or campaign execution  

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder)  

  • Experience with Zalo OA/miniapp campaigns or Vietnam local CRM channels  

  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and QA process  

  • Fluent in Vietnamese and professional English proficiency Preferred:  

  • Experience with tools like Microsoft Office, Jira, Power BI  

  • Background in FMCG, or retail CRM, Digital, Ecommerce
