Responsibilities:
- Define and own Merkury's B2B Connect product roadmap, aligned with business goals and market needs
- Identify latest industry trends to deliver innovative outcomes and product features
- Manage a prioritization framework that balances potential market impact and technical effort
- Partner with engineering and project management teams to define technical requirements and oversee Agile development processes (participation in SCRUM ceremonies)
- Drive data-driven decision-making, applying market research, client insights, and analytics to optimize product performance
- Work with stakeholders, engineering, data science, sales, and marketing teams
- Establish client and industry feedback loops to ensure product evolution
- Define and track success metrics (e.g., adoption rates, revenue impact, retention) to measure product effectiveness
Skills:
- Experience with firmographic, professional and consumer identity resolution, data, and activation platforms
- Knowledge of multiple types of B2B online and offline data (attributes, intent, signals)
- Expertise in building, launching, and scaling B2B Data and Identity solutions
- Experience working with Agile development teams and technical leadership
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences
- Balance strategy with lean and agile execution
- Experience aligning engineering, sales, marketing, and executive teams around a shared vision
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, statistics, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B product management, strategy, consulting, business transformation, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Agile Product Management software (Jira, Rally, etc.)
- Familiarity with data and analytics tools (Snowflake, Tableau, Excel, etc.)
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000-$182,850. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
