Overview:
As a Project Manager on our Promotion and Loyalty team, you will manage scope, budget, timeline, risks, and expectations throughout the development of our projects. You will ensure high quality, while providing day to day management, monitoring, and control of program activities and provide program leadership across the organization. You will partner with our Client Services team and works closely across all the disciplines- creative, front and back-end development, quality assurance, and strategy and insights. You will report to the Manager, Project Management.
This is a remote role. Employees within 90 min of our NY, MI, or IL offices may expect 1 day a week onsite.
Description and Responsibilities:
You will provide guidance and leadership to cross-functional Delivery teams.
You will act as the primary day-to-day client liaison and advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
You will manage business within assigned accounts in a way that assures high client satisfaction and achieves clients’ desired program results.
You will serve as an expert on your client's best practices and brands and translate knowledge of the client into effective business and marketing tactics and execution.
You will monitor project progress against the proposed plans including budgets, timelines, quality criteria, and risk management.
You will represent the client’s needs appropriately to internal team members.
You will proactively identify or clarify issues with projects and make recommendations to resolve issues.
You will act as an internal quality control check for all programs and projects to ensure they meet client requirements.
You will describe client requirements, collaborate in the development of deliverables, and support the ongoing activities of client programs and projects.
You will proactively solve day-to-day problems and exercise good judgment not only in solving problems, but also in determining when to escalate issues within the organization.

You will identify and document program strategies, business requirements, technical requirements, and timelines in support of our client deliverables, revenue targets, and company strategy/goals.
Qualifications
4-6 years of professional experience managing technical or digital projects
Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Project
Familiarity with Project Management and Time Tracking tools
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
The annual salary range for this position is $78,000 - $126,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
