The Associate, Analytics will support efforts to transform data and reporting into insights, recommendations, and results. You will peel away the layers of data, and suggest constructive marketing test and competitive opportunities to improve our performance.
You are not expected to have advanced media training, but a successful Associate shows initiative and wants to participate in advanced projects. You will undergo intensive training to learn new skills (both technical and organic) and procedures. You will be encouraged to contribute ideas and insights to benefit our clients. This position is hybrid from any of our offices in New York City, Chicago, or Columbia, Maryland.
Responsibilities:
Data Management:
- Access and Compile large volumes of custom and syndicated data from different sources into concise and precise information
- Verify accuracy, develop databases, systems, and programs that facilitate econometric modeling
- Ensure data quality and data documentation
- Collaborate with internal and external clients on data issues
- Determine information needs and sources of data
- Develop new data sources and data management tools to ensure most effective methods are used
Data Analysis and Presentation:
- Understand the business processes and use the procured knowledge in planning, execution and reporting
- Produce visuals (charts, graphs) and presentations for summary trend statistics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of experience in analytics
- Exposure to mobile, social, tablet measurement approaches and understanding of role of attribution and paths to conversions
- Interest in and familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBi, and/or SQL)
- Background in processing and analyzing information using statistical and econometric modeling
Other Information:
The annual salary range for this position is $51,000-$73,098. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
