ROLE DEFINITION
As a Project Manager at Merkle, you will implement projects aligned to scope, budget and timeline expectations. You will plan, monitor and report on progress of the projects while playing a necessary role in facilitating the mitigation and resolution of risks. You will cultivate relationships and assist with our internal governance, creation and optimization of processes and procedures, not only for Merkle to operate effectively, but also with the goal of delivering the best solutions to our clients.
This is a remote position reporting to Director, Project Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will deliver software projects of moderate risk and complexity, typically across 1-2 practices and under $1M in revenue, on-time and on-budget with high quality and client satisfaction
- You will be the primary delivery lead and internal and external contact for our projects
- You will plan and procure resources according to the scope and budget of the project; manage that resource plan
- You will produce and manage our project timelines in accordance to the constraints identified
- You will lead internal and external communications regarding the project, including technical discussions
- You will manage our project budget
- You will facilitate discussions and client and team meetings
- Identify risks internally and externally
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 - 8 years working as a Project Manager, preferably in email marketing
- Understanding of standard project methodologies
- Ability to deliver low to moderate risk projects, with skills that show the ability to manage projects of moderate levels of risk and complexity
- 3+ years of experience creating and managing project timelines and monitoring budgets
- 3+ years of experience working with clients and within scopes of work
- Experience managing projects in at least one of the following platforms preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Braze
- Ability to travel, as needed
The annual salary range for this position is $78,000 - 126,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
