Dentsu and Santander are partnering to drive growth and prosperity by helping Small and Mid-sized Businesses to access International Trade through a world-first, global platform and ecosystem of expertise, insight and connections. This role will be an important member of the team behind our platform’s launch and global success.
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, execution-driven Marketing Director to lead the development and activation of integrated, through-the-line (TTL) marketing campaigns that support full product and partner lifecycle goals — find, win, support, and grow. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of brand, product, and commercial, overseeing global go-to-market (GTM) strategy, campaign delivery, and marketing enablement across markets.
You’ll lead with a product-led growth (PLG) mindset and work across channel, strategy, and activation teams to orchestrate impactful global campaigns — with a strong emphasis on social media, communications, PR, and events as key growth drivers. You will also support commercial teams and partner marketing programs to ensure unified messaging and scalable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Global GTM & Market Entry
Own the end-to-end strategy for international product market entry, including launch readiness, positioning, and toolkit development.
Lead the delivery of integrated global go-to-market campaigns, tailored for local execution and powered by consistent global messaging and assets.
2. Through-the-Line Campaign Development
Develop and execute TTL campaigns across the full funnel — blending brand, performance, content, and in-product activation.
Collaborate with strategy, channel, and activation teams to ensure seamless campaign planning and execution across regions and formats.
3. Lifecycle Marketing: Find, Win, Support, Grow
Find: Drive global awareness through social, PR, comms, content, and events. Build strong narratives and visibility in new and existing markets.
Win: Convert demand into action through performance marketing, website journeys, and in-product onboarding.
Support: Equip internal teams and partners with GTM toolkits, sales enablement, and onboarding resources.
Grow: Increase retention, upsell, and advocacy through lifecycle marketing, customer storytelling, and community activation.
4. Product-Led Growth (PLG) Integration
Partner with product and growth teams to optimize acquisition and activation within the product — leveraging freemium, self-serve flows, and in-product messaging.
Use product insights and usage data to inform campaign strategy and personalization.
5. Channel & Partner Marketing Coordination
Ensure marketing activity is aligned and amplified across owned, earned, and partner channels.
Support commercial and partnerships teams on partner recruitment, onboarding, and joint marketing execution.
Maintain brand consistency and experience across all global and local marketing touchpoints.
6. Strategic & Operational Leadership
Operate at both strategic and tactical levels — leading planning while rolling up sleeves to drive execution.
Bring a mindset shaped by experience across start-up, scale-up, and corporate environments.
Establish scalable best practices and continuously improve campaign effectiveness through testing and iteration.
Qualifications
10+ years in global marketing leadership roles, including experience across start-up, scale-up, and enterprise contexts.
Proven success launching products and executing GTM campaigns in multiple international markets.
Deep expertise in full-funnel marketing and product-led growth (PLG).
Strong experience building TTL campaigns and managing cross-functional channel, strategy, and activation teams.
Demonstrated ability to leverage social, PR, communications, and events as primary growth levers.
Skilled in aligning partner marketing and commercial enablement with core brand campaigns.
Data-led with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Globally minded, culturally fluent, and collaborative in fast-moving environments.
