The purpose of this role is to create functional solutions for specific verticals supporting solution architectures for systems and platforms ensuring all relevant options are explored for time, cost and compliance to the company’s standards, policies and practices whilst meeting the business’ requirements. The role will oversee the work of other architects and the delivery of the specific vertical and shepherd it through the relevant governance.

We're relaunching our Salesforce Practice in Australia — and we’re looking for an exceptional Salesforce Practice Functional Director to help shape its future as the technology landscape continues to evolve at a rapidly changing pace.
As part of a leading digital agency, our current Salesforce team blends creativity, CX thinking, and technical excellence. We need a passionate, people-first leader to guide our functional consultants, elevate delivery quality, and drive real business outcomes for our clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and grow a team of Salesforce functional consultants across multiple clouds (e.g. Sales, Service, Experience, Data).
- Act as the strategic functional lead across key client engagements, ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction.
- Partner with the Salesforce executive team and internal stakeholders to define value propositions and go-to-market offerings.
- Help shape recruitment, mentoring, and capability uplift strategies across the practice.
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions—and bring the best of our creative agency DNA into every engagement.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in Salesforce consulting—ideally in a leadership or principal functional role.
- Expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds, with deep knowledge of at least one (Sales, Service, Experience, or Marketing).
- A passion for mentoring, coaching and uplifting teams—not just managing.
- Strong client engagement skills, from pre-sales through delivery.
- Salesforce certifications, from Associate to Administration levels.
