The Senior Account Director is a leadership role in Account Management ensuring the successful delivery of digital transformation projects. They help nurture and expand client relationships by understanding client goals and aligning our teams and services to meet those objectives. The Sr Account Director balances client demands with internal demands associated with staffing and resource planning, financial management, and motivate their team to deliver the best results to our clients on a daily basis.
You will report to our Group Account Director and work closely with other VP, SVP, and EVP level executives.
Responsibilities
Nurture long-term client relationships that deliver mutual value
Manage complex digital engagements and lead teams to create strategic solutions
Contribute to the strategic direction of our client relationship by identifying client needs or pain points and the solutions that address them, bringing innovation to the forefront
Use your experience to identify opportunities for growth and collaboration, being a trusted advisor to clients
Develop stories through use of carefully narrated presentations to manage and align executive communications
Provide leadership of strategic planning efforts, advisory/strategy consulting engagements, and “accountability” for the quality and growth of ongoing client work
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 8 years experience in relevant digital experience disciplines
Proven experience in client management roles, with experience driving client retention and business growth
Experience managing, and developing a team of who are responsible for the day-to-day execution of client programs; Able to work collaboratively across cross functional teams and geographic locations
Experience managing the financial aspects of a book of business including forecasting revenue, costs, profit margins, invoicing, reporting financials to company executives, etc.
Additional information:
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000 - $182,850 / year. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
