* W2 only.

As Director, Relationship Marketing Strategy you will join a team of experienced marketers who focus on helping our clients achieve their goals. Reporting to the SVP of Customer Strategy, you will be an essential member of our client account team and will ensure that the programs we build are based on an understanding of our client's strategic goals. Your passion for communicating strategy will get others to believe in the ideas that you present and follow that belief through to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the building and delivery of strategic omnichannel marketing plans.
  • Be an expert and be able to translate new technology - in the areas of digital marketing and CRM - into new marketing ideas for our clients.
  • Show an understanding of differences in marketing to customers in different markets and environments.
  • Develop trusted, long-term relationships with essential client contacts and executives.
  • Ensure meaningful client value is delivered through a mix of best-practice solutions, capabilities, and original thinking.
  • Work with team leadership (account management, operations, creative, analytics), and partner agencies to turn ideas into manageable plans
  • Identify important data points and measurements to show the impact of our approach and strategy on our client's business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 8+ years' experience in data-driven marketing – specifically CRM, email, online/offline media and 3- 5+ years working in an agency or consulting firm.
  • Experience developing solutions to support the sale of new services to clients.
  • Hands-on skills using data and research to guide decisions –proficiency in excel (can perform complex functions) and research tools.
  • Experience translating data analysis into applicable marketing recommendations and presentations – proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Comfort and experience working within a matrixed organization in roles with a wide degree of latitude.
  • Average 20%-30% travel (contingent on comfort level of client)

The hourly pay range for this position is  $ 73.34 - $118.68. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.  Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
