Job Responsibilities:
- You will develop project plans, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the defined scope.
- You will collaborate with stakeholders, both internal and external, to confirm project goals, scope, and requirements. Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- You will lead cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and other project resources. Provide guidance and direction to team members, ensuring collaboration and high-quality project deliverables.
- You will allocate project resources, ensuring that team members have the necessary capacity to complete their tasks. Monitor resource use and make adjustments to increase project efficiency.
- You will manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
- You will develop project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control.
- You will facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and senior management. Provide regular project status updates and reports, highlighting milestones and risks.
- You will identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency.
- You will maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, requirements, change requests, and other project-related artifacts. Ensure documentation of project decisions and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, in related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on digital experience technology implementations and related projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- In-depth understanding of digital technologies, trends, and best practices. Familiarity with user experience (UX) design, web and mobile development, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing.
- Experience managing project budgets, allocating resources, and ensuring project profitability.
- Identify and overcome project-related challenges and risks.
- Experience managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience applying them to digital projects.
The annual salary range for this position is $78,000-$126,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
