- Provide support and advice proactively and reactively in your area of subject matter expertise to stakeholders in HR and the business to maximize use and adoption of our HR systems and processes.
- Gather business requirements, inputs, and feedback from local and global HR teams and the business, and develop solutions that move the HR and business transformation forward.
- Coordinate different activities, workstreams, and communication, managing them effectively and escalating risks through the governance process.
- Engage with other HR teams in markets and globally, building good working relationships that produce effective HR solutions and continuous improvements.
- Provide business-as-usual support, including updating documentation, tracking progress, service quality, and identifying opportunities for improvements.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of HR as a whole and its processes inside a company.
- Fluent English.
- Experience working with HR Systems (any SaaS is an advantage)
- Experience working with Microsoft tools (Office, Teams, etc.).
- Experience living/working in a multicultural environment.
- Willingness to learn different methods of working; flexibility.
- Sense of ownership and delivery mindset.
- Experience in project management will be an Advantage
- Knowledge of business change management will be an Advantage
- Communicative German will be an advantage.
