As a Senior CXM Technology Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing comprehensive CXM architectures. With a strong emphasis on Martech, content management, CMS platforms, and pre-sales activities, you will enable organizations to deliver seamless, personalized, and scalable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
CXM Architecture: Define and implement overarching CXM architectures that seamlessly connect systems, data, and processes to create cohesive customer journeys.
Content Management Expertise: Architect and integrate solutions for effective content management, ensuring personalized, dynamic, and channel-optimized delivery across touchpoints.
Martech Integration: Leverage your expertise in Martech stacks, ensuring interoperability between CDP, analytics & decisioning, marketing automation, and messaging platforms to support personalized marketing at scale.
Consultative Selling & Pre-Sales Support: Engage with potential clients to understand their challenges, collaborate with sales teams to develop and deliver compelling pitches and most importantly act as a trusted advisor, showcasing how Merkle’s expertise and solutions address client-specific business goals.
Collaboration Across Teams: Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, collaborating with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure that CXM strategies align with overall objectives.
Innovation & Vision: Stay at the forefront of emerging trends in CXM, Martech, and commerce to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in CXM architecture, content management systems, and commerce platforms. In depth knowledge of Marketing Automation solutions is a pré.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on creating scalable, customer-centric solutions.
Deep understanding of enterprise architecture in relation to CXM, data-driven personalization, and omnichannel strategies.
Proven expertise in consultative selling, pitching, and pre-sales activities, with a track record of winning business through client engagement.
Expertise in leading technologies such as Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, Sitecore, or similar platforms.
Expertise in CMS platforms such as Optimizely, Magnolia. (Also open to all others)
Experience with commerce architecture and implementation is a plus
Excellent communication skills to convey complex architectural concepts to diverse stakeholders.
