We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our team!
We have hybrid offices in Prague and Brno. Remote work from elsewhere in the Czech Republic can be discussed. You will report to the Salesforce Platform Director. The role does not have managerial responsibilities.
Job Description
- You analyse the customers domain to understand their pain points and propose solutions to resolve them
- You assure the project's success by gaining the customers trust and leading them through the project delivery together with the project team
- You translate business needs into technical requirements.
- You advise our clients on digital implementations & strategy as a subject matter expert.
- You deliver high-level design of the target solution, including your own participation on the CRM administration
- You discuss with our development team the custom development requirements
- You take responsibility of project delivery together with the project manager
- You are an important team member of the project execution, regardless of method
- You work with the internal team to exchange ideas

Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of English and Czech
- You have 4 years + of professional experience (preferably in CRM)
- You have experience with the Salesforce platform
- You have knowledge of UML and SCRUM methodology
- You have a high-level understanding of APEX, Frontend capabilities, Git, Web Services and Triggers
- Deadlines do not scare you and you understand the importance of on-time delivery
- You have experience in a customer-facing role and can lead presentations and workshops
