Job Description
- Develop creative and engaging HR content across various channels, including but not limited to: Knowledge Articles, Emailers, How to Guides, Training, Videos, Communications etc).
- Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
- Optimize content for search engines (Workday, Sharepoint, Unily) to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of HR content using analytics tools, and leverage insights to refine content strategies and tactics.
- Develop content designed to improve user experience, working with Change Consultant to create and maintain those assets, maintain inventories, against content governance in place.
- Provide guidance and creative input on ways to elevate our knowledge and content assets both in Workday (Notifications, Helptext, Announcements, Banners, Knowledge Articles) and in other content tools such as Neon.
- Research industry trends, best practices, and relevant topics to ensure content is informative, up-to-date, and aligned with our HR objectives.
- Serve as a champion for change within the organization, inspiring and motivating employees to embrace new ideas and ways of working. Lead by example and foster a culture of innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Basic experience of and understanding of content creation toolsand SEO.
- Great attention to detail and able to deliver high quality outputs.
- Strong communication, finding creative and reliable methods to convey content clearly and concisely. Written English should be at the highest level with other language skills an advantage.
- Creative thinker, willing to explore and gain new skills across a range of content creation methodologies.
- Good organizational skills, excellent time management and ability to multi-task among competing demands.
- Results driven, service oriented, able to self-manage with a high degree of autonomy and resilient under pressure.
- Enthusiastic team player, who will roll up sleeves and get stuck into even the most challenging tasks!
