Kelly is a digital strategist and marketing technologist specialized in large-scale pan-European transformation initiatives. She has been at the crossroads of digital technologies, customer-facing operations, and product development since 1996, holding roles in sales, marketing, and communications for a diverse range of technology start-ups to internationally-known brands and fortune 500 companies.

Kelly is a native Californian currently living in Switzerland and holds the role of Director of Digital Strategy and Services for the Sunstar Global Consumer Group.

Graduated from a Master in International Management and a MSc in Luxury Management in London, Aliénor started her career as an Optimization Consultant, for 2 years, and was in charge of user research and A/B testing programs for various international brands from different verticals.

She moved to Switzerland in 2018 and has since then expanded her skills to paid & organic acquisition and marketing automation. She helped several FMCG clients to kickstart their optimization and marketing automation programs with a focus on strategic excellence.

The core of her work remains Conversion Rate Optimization, and she thrives to ensure her clients’ website drives maximum business performance by leveraging user research, A/B testing and marketing automation.
