
Kelly leads the Customer Experience Optimization team for Merkle in North America, helping clients activate and maximize the results of their one-to-one marketing programs. She has more than 20 years of corporate marketing experience focusing on customer retention, revenue generation, channel engagement and business transformation.
She is a thought leader in the practical application of how to integrate real time decisioning and journey orchestration into marketing organizations, with a focus on delivering results to the business. Before joining Merkle, Kelly was the business leader responsible for the launch and daily operation and evolution of the real time decisioning program for the largest telco in the US, resulting in industry-leading customer retention.
