She has over 20 years’ experience in retail, both on the agency and corporate side with a strong focus on brand strategy, CRM and digital activation. She’s managed a variety of teams and accounts across CPG, restaurant and retail brands. Since joining Merkle, Jen has focused on people-based marketing initiatives with her clients to support their business goals of personalization.
