Before joining Merkle three years ago, she was Marketing Manager in Shell where she used social and thought leadership to reposition Shell’s Fleet Solutions business as a strategic business partner for clients. As Head of Kaplan’s marketing from 2012-2015, Emily transformed the organisation’s traditional marketing function to embrace the digital economy.
