With 25+ years of helping F500 clients craft messaging and campaigns that drive action as well as build a brand experience, she appreciates the power of tapping into human truths and insights. Her work engages prospects and customers across digital, social, video, TV, radio and print. Suzy is actively involved in elevating the marketing community as Past President of the Chicago Association of Direct Marketing (CADM) and in her free time has had a number of short stories published.
