Ryan is an Associate Partner with Merkle, responsible for the successful implementation of direct response, database, and CRM programs for media-specific clients within the Travel, Media & Entertainment vertical.
Prior to joining Merkle, Ryan was the SVP, Client Services for Havas Discovery, the data analytics, CRM, and behavorial marketing wing of Havas Worldwide. While there, he was responsible for managing a team of Client Service experts, providing strategic oversight for key client CRM program implementations, including DISH Network, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Sony Playstation, Constellation Energy, Sonic Drive-In, and JP Morgan Chase.
Before joining Havas Discovery, Ryan was Director of Client Services for Congruent Media, a full service digital marketing agency acquired by, at the time, Euro RSCG, where he provided consulting and campaign development services. Clients included UPS Logistics Technology, Under Armour, Metal Roofing Alliance, and Speakman Company.
He is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a BS in Marketing.
