
As an Associate Director in the SEM department, Ross oversees a team of talented managers and analysts to drive results for client search programs. He works to support the growth and development of both the programs and the people he manages. Ross enjoys working directly with clients to understand their larger business objectives and develop strategies to achieve those goals. In his eight years at Merkle, Ross has managed a number of cross-functional teams with a focus on retail clients, along with experience in the non-profit, financial, and insurance verticals. Ross holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia, with concentrations in Marketing and Information Technology.
