Rita Dubey has been with Canon U.S.A. for 14 years, holding positions overseeing web marketing, supporting ecommerce growth, and leading Inkjet Printer marketing communications, social media, public relations, and field marketing ensuring all messaging is consistent and on brand. As Canon continues to evolve their organization to better meet the needs of current consumers, she was given a new assignment to lead the Digital Transformation Project - the main charter was to instill a new digital mindset within the company and ensure various marketing groups were ready to take full advantage of the new marketing technology tools being implemented. After successfully preparing the organization for this transformation, Rita’s moved to her current role as Senior Director of Customer Experience Marketing of the Imaging Technologies & Communications Group overseeing all marketing strategy and planning for all consumer product lines which includes inkjet printers and cameras.
