Mackenzie is a director on Merkle’s client engagement team, where she focuses on digital program development and client delivery. Throughout her career, she’s worked with top companies to devise digital programs across channels, leveraging technology for inbound and outbound media personalization. She holds a B.S. in History from Harvard College.
Before joining Merkle, Mackenzie worked at [x+1], now RocketFuel, a technology company that provides DMP, Site Personalization, Media, and Data Integration services. While there, she focused on [x+1]’s largest enterprise clients and guided them through program strategy, analytics & measurement, and technical integration to drive measureable business impact and derive meaningful insights.
