
As a Performance Media Manager within the Media Services department, Kaitlin works with clients to develop strategic media plans for social, display, and video channels to exceed business KPIs. She leads a team to adapt the plan to buying, activating, optimizing, and reporting media based on changes in consumer interest, platform capabilities, and business needs. Kaitlin has a broad range of digital media experience through work on retail, financial services, travel, and health clients across all media channels. Kaitlin is passionate about how to use data to inform cross-channel marketing strategies and creative business solutions, with an interest industry evolution and testing. She enjoys continuously learning about digital tactics since graduating from The University of Virginia.
