He has 25+ years experience  in media, CRM, and technology across multiple industries. Jose has been at Merkle for seven years and held prior roles including SVP, Consulting and Strategy as well as SVP, Digital Messaging.  

Before joining Merkle, Jose held roles at Acxiom, Gartner, and AGENCY.COM. He is frequent writer and public speaker, including hosting the Merkle podcast, Inside Job: Making CX work.
