
Jill Dudones is a strategy leader with 20 years of experience with B2B brands. Having served agency-side as head of strategy as well as client-side as a VP of marketing, she’s worked with brands such as Facebook, Moody’s, SAP, Nike, UPS and Roche International. Her manufacturing and distribution industry experience is global, working with Grainger and having previously worked with Toto, Hansgrohe, Dornbracht, Edward Don & Company and many others.
Jill’s work focuses on balancing insights, business strategy and creativity to elevate the experiences audiences have with brands. Partnering with nearly any corner or leadership that touches CX — from sales, customer experience, human resources, CSR, IT, corporate strategy, marketing and corporate communications — she uses proven principles of effective strategy to deliver new competitive value to the customer.
Jill holds a certification in digital strategy from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, an M.A. in English Literature from DePaul University and a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Illinois.
