James Craig is an Associate Director in the Customer Experience Optimization practice at Merkle, Inc.  As a consultant and advisor, he spent 10+ years developing omni-channel marketing solutions and strategies for numerous organizations across industries while at Unica/IBM.  He writes like he talks (most of the time) and believes that only the best solutions can be built when pain points are well defined, there is a willingness to change and a clear set of goals established.  James holds a B.S. in marketing and management information systems from Babson College.
