
Gaia Read is a Customer Strategy Manager and has been at Merkle since 2015. Her experience has spanned Retail, B2B, CPG, Financial Services, and Non-Profit clients with work focused on Direct Mail, Digital Media, Web/Site UX, and Email. She’s a former Senior Manager in Performance Media, specializing in Search Engine Marketing (SEM). Gaia is passionate about people management, professional development, working cross-functionally, and taking a holistic, consumer-first focus to solutioning for client needs. Beyond her day-to-day at Merkle, Gaia is a co-founder and co-host of the Merkle show Digital Marketing Musings. Outside of Merkle, Gaia is a West Coast Swing dancer and loves to travel the country receiving coaching and attending competitions.
