With 19 years of marketing experience, Erin has spent her career developing brand marketing strategies that create better user experiences, extend marketing thought leadership across media and channel, drive awareness, and ultimately connect consumers with a brand. 

A recognized marketing leader with cross-industry experience in developing marketing strategies and building high performing teams, Erin has built and developed several award-winning marketing programs, which are consistently recognized as best in class in the industry. With a focus on events, public relations, analyst relations, marketing communications, experience, as well as consumer and business research, Erin has a consistent track record of increasing lead generation, driving the development of new content, and building strong, consistent brand engagement. Erin had led more than 20 acquisitions and has expanded the marketing function and best practices worldwide. 

Erin has spent her career building Marketing teams and functions that drive growth. Over her time at Merkle, Erin has supported the company’s annual double-digit growth to more than $1.0 billion in annual revenue. 

Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brock University and attended Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business Leadership and Negotiation Academy.
