
Darla is Vice President of Customer Strategy and oversees CRM strategy capability for Merkle. She has over 25 years' experience with marketing and customer strategy, including both B2B and B2C business models. Darla is a vertical SME for health clients, including payer, provider, and pharma. She is an expert in helping these organizations acquire, retain and engage customers with omni-channel, data-driven, experience-based CRM strategies.
Darla joined Merkle in 2013 after leading strategic planning and marketing for both business and consumer products, including Medicare, for Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. She has a BBA in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
