Chuck has expertise in insurance IT leadership and business transformation as well as technology strategy. Prior to joining Novarica, Chuck served in senior technology management roles including VP at Progressive, CIO/SVP of Agency Markets at Liberty Mutual, and CIO at several regional insurance companies. He also has experience working as an independent consultant and as a board member for mutual P/C, specialty lines, and software development companies. Chuck has an MBA in Finance from the Ohio State University.
